Field Organizer (2018)

​

Profectus Strategies runs large scale canvasses, phone banks, and GOTV operations for progressive candidates.  We will be looking for Field organizers to run these operations in New York based districts.

​

We would like to have qualified candidates ready to start as soon as we begin our 2018 campaigns.  We encourage you to apply today for consideration in January or February of 2018.

Position Overview

​

• Manage all stages of recruitment cycle for canvassers and field workers.

• Conduct interviews and hire field staff.

• Run trainings and issue briefings.

• conduct quality control of field data.

• Report data to senior management.

• Work with Senior  management and candidate to create a GOTV plan.

Requirements

• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

• Training and / or teaching skills .

• Ethical and accountable.
