Natalia Alfonso
Primary Founder, CEO
Quintin was an original partner and the first Chief Marketing Officer of Profectus Strategies. He served as Communications Director for several clients, helping them develop strategic communications plans across owned, earned, and paid media spaces. He assisted in executing tactical operations in field and back office strategies. Before co-founding Profectus, he worked on projects ranging from corporate marketing, political campaigns, and government compliance.
Andrey Bystrov is a ten year veteran of the industry: he is a political operative, field specialist, strategist, and a comprehensive speech and policy writer. He served as the first Chief Operations Officer of Profectus Strategies, and worked as a campaign manager and canvass director for several of our clients.

Along with his partners Tony founded the firm after leaving a position as a Business Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previously he also worked as a Business Analyst in a New York based tech startup. He currently serves as the Vice President of Political Affairs for Queens County Young Democrats.
Natalia, a self-described bruja and daughter of political refugees, serves as CEO of Profectus and is charged with ensuring that things get done for clients, and get done well. She has over a decade of experience in politics, social work, and human rights activism both in the United States and abroad.
She has an extensive international network that allows her to find staff and services for any client need wherever it may be. She combines the heart and values of a radical activist with the meticulous dedication of a strong, ambitious, strict but kind business leader.

Sanjay Balram
Junior Social Media Strategist
Sanjay is a NYC born and raised student. He graduated from Townsend Harris High School and is currently a freshman at SUNY New Paltz, where he majors in biology. He is an aspiring psychiatrist, fashion designer, and bitcoin enthusiast. He is no stranger to the industry of political campaigning, as he has previously worked as a phone banker and political canvasser at Profectus. As a social media strategist, he aims to expand the company's social media domain, spreading their message and offering opportunities to others interested in politics.
